Kim Ross is a strategic learning and development leader, culture builder, and founder of PSW (Part of Something Wonderful)—a consulting and training practice rooted in the belief that business can be a catalyst for belonging, empowerment, and meaningful action.
With over 25 years of experience in the people development space, Kim has led high-performing teams across hospitality and SaaS-adjacent industries, including her tenure as Vice President of Training and People Development for a national restaurant group. She later went on to lead the training team at The Egg & I, where she played a pivotal role in doubling the brand’s footprint in just three years.
Kim is known for designing scalable training systems, launching operational processes that stick, and translating company values into clear, actionable messaging. Her work has been recognized for its impact on team performance, culture, and customer experience.
Today, through PSW, Kim partners with organizations to build environments where people feel seen, valued, and inspired to deliver their best. Whether she’s facilitating a Train-the-Trainer course, designing a blended learning program, or helping a brand articulate its purpose, Kim brings a rare blend of strategic insight, warmth, and results-driven execution.
She currently splits her time between Casa Grande, AZ and Denver, CO, where she lives with her husband and their two beloved dogs—George the Newfoundland and Sampson the Great Pyrenees. She finds joy in the outdoors, the adventure of travel, and discovering great food in every city she visits.
